Tidewater Builders Association welcomed its 2010 slate of officers Friday in a ceremony at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Bill Halprin was installed as the 2010 president of the TBA. He also will serve as a Home Builders Association of Virginia and National Association of Home Builders director in 2010. Halprin is a partner and senior vice president with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., as well as senior vice president and director of operations for multifamily property management activities. He was first appointed to the TBA Board of Directors in 2000 as chairman of the Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council. He has since served in various leadership positions, including secretary in 2007, treasurer in 2008 and vice president in 2009.
